Take Five caps individually and weigh them, calculate the average.
Limit: ±10% of specified weight
Cap Diameter
Take five Caps, measure the diameter individually, and calculate the average:
Limit: ± 2 mm of the specified diameter
Cap Height
Take five Caps, measure the height individually, and calculate the average.
Limit: ± 2mm of the specified height.
Over Flow Volume
Limit: ± 25 ml of the specified volume
Cleanliness Check
Check physically five jars due to the presence of any dirty, foreign particles, free from moulds, pin holes and air cracks etc.
