Dimension
Measure five cartons individually to determine the average height, length, and width.
Limit: ±2 mm of the specified dimensions.
Grammage
Take one carton, cut a perfectly square piece of 5 x 5 / 10 x 10 based on the specimen, and weigh. Calculate the GSM
Calculation:
Limit: ± 8% of the specified grammage.
Text Matter
Check the text matter comparison with approved artwork.
Cleanliness Check
Check the cleanliness of five cartons individually. The test passes if the cartons are free from dirt, mutilated, torn or stained.
