To establish the standard testing procedure of security stickers in Pharmaceuticals.
Procedure
Description
Security Sticker with Bar Code.
Length
Measure the length of the security sticker by scale. The obtained value should be within the limit as per the specification
Width
Measure the width of the security sticker by the vernier caliper at 10 points. Obtained average value should be within the limit as per specification.
Bar Code
The Bar code should be in the form of DD/MM/YY/Quantity.
GSM Without release paper
Take 10 x 10 cm of security sticker and, weigh it. The weight of security stickers divides by the length and width of a sticker. The obtained value should be within the limit as per specification.
Printing Matter
Check the over-printing of 10 Stickers individually. It should meet as per the specimens. Color shade check as per approved artwork.
